Cuebao Third-Party Information Sharing List

This list forms part of the Cuebao Privacy Policy. It explains the third-party services that we may entrust to process, or with which we may share, necessary information in order to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not provide your personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing.

1. Identity verification and service notices

• Service provider: Alibaba Cloud Short Message Service.
• Purpose: to send mobile verification codes and necessary service notices.
• Information that may be processed: destination phone number, verification code template parameters, sending time, sending result and necessary logs.
• Processing method: invoked by our server; the provider processes the necessary information under our instructions.

2. Email verification and service notices

• Service provider: Alibaba Cloud Direct Mail.
• Purpose: to send email verification codes and necessary service notices.
• Information that may be processed: destination email address, verification code template parameters, sending time, sending result and necessary logs.
• Processing method: invoked by our server; the provider processes the necessary information under our instructions.

3. Human verification

• Service provider: Alibaba Cloud Captcha Service.
• Purpose: to identify and prevent automated registration, sign-in, credential-stuffing, malicious requests and abuse of sensitive operations.
• Information that may be processed: IP address, verification token, verification scenario, basic device and browsing environment signals, verification result and necessary logs.
• Processing method: the verification component may be loaded when human verification is required, and the server validates the verification result.

4. Infrastructure and security operations

• Service providers: providers of cloud computing, databases, object storage, logging, backup, monitoring and security protection services.
• Purpose: to provide servers, storage, backup, log auditing, troubleshooting and security protection.
• Information that may be processed: account, security, diagnostic, business and audit data necessary to provide the Service and safeguard its security.
• Processing method: processed in accordance with contractual and security management requirements, and not used beyond the agreed purposes.

5. Updates

If the third-party services, the purposes of processing or the scope of information processed change, we will update this list and obtain your consent again where required by law.

6. Obligations of third parties

We require third-party service providers to process personal information in accordance with the contract, applicable laws and regulations and security requirements, and not to use the information beyond the agreed purposes. Where sensitive personal information is involved, where the purpose of processing changes, or where separate consent is otherwise required by law, we will obtain your consent as required by law.

7. Maintenance of this list

Third-party services may change as a result of feature adjustments, security requirements, system adaptation or changes of service provider. This list states the categories of services, the purposes of processing and the scope of information involved; before an official release, the contents of this list should be consistent with the services actually integrated.

8. Your choices

You may choose not to use particular functions that depend on third-party services. Refusing or turning off the relevant permissions, withdrawing your authorisation or deleting your account may prevent the corresponding functions from working, but it does not affect services unrelated to those functions.
